When placing your order with Mynena, you accept the following terms and conditions:

 

WHEN CHARGES APPLY

Your credit card or Paypal account will be charged for the order total on the date and time you place your order. This means the funds will be deducted immediately is you pay using Paypal or an authorization will be placed on your credit card which can take approx 2-3 business days to show up as an approved charge on your credit card statement.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Because of spikes in orders, it may take 2 – 7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your order to be shipped out. This means it may take Mynena 2 – 7  business days to process and box up your order before your selected shipping service picks up the order.

 

ORDER POLICY

15% Restocking fee on all refunded orders (Used items cannot be refunded/exchanged under any circumstances).

All orders are shipped from Canovanas, Puerto Rico.

Express services are available (additional charges may apply).

Damaged goods, shortages, and discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Mynena is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.

Any charges for returned orders due to customer error (incorrect address, refused/undeliverable orders, etc…) will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges of brand new unused items that are in their original pristine packaging can be made for other products. The customer is responsible for paying the difference in price including shipping charges to return items for exchange. Please include your order ID, phone number and shipping address if different from the original order. Upon receipt of returned items, Mynena will contact you to confirm your exchange needs and arrange collection of your billing information to ship the exchanged products to you (including a 15% restocking for the items exchanged and new shipping costs). Used items cannot be refunded/exchanged under any circumstances and if used items are received for exchange, Mynena will not process the requested exchange/return and the customer will need to pay for new shipping if s/he wishes to get the used items back.

DOMESTIC ORDERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

USPS or FedEx (depending on the weight of the package, its contents, and location) will be the shipping method unless otherwise specified by the customer.

USPS is a less expensive shipping method than FedEx. USPS does provide a tracking number, however, insurance is not included. Orders sent by FedEx can be tracked and are insured for up to $100.

Mynena is not responsible for any lost orders, damaged items, or missing items when shipping by USPS.

All discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Charges for reshipping returned orders (incorrect address provided, refused/undeliverable orders, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Domestic orders can take 2-7 business days to process and make take up to 5 business days to reach you depending on location.

FedEx will not ship to PO Boxes. Please select USPS/Flat Rate (shipping options may change from time to time) if you want to ship to a PO Box. If you select FedEx with a PO Box shipping address, Mynena reserves the right to switch your shipping method to avoid delays in processing your order. Please understand that your order will not be covered for with FedEx insurance if this occurs.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For all international orders: The billing and shipping address must match. Mynena is unable to ship international orders that have mismatched addresses and any order received with a mismatched address may be canceled. A courtesy notification will be provided.

Although USPS is a less expensive shipping method than FedEx, USPS does not provide a tracking number once the package leaves the USA. Orders sent by FedEx can be tracked till the package reaches your doorstep.

Mynena is not responsible for any lost orders, damaged items, or missing items when shipping by USPS.

All discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Charges for returned orders (incorrect address provided, refused/undeliverable orders, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

International orders take 2-7 business days to process and may take 4 – 8 weeks to reach you depending on location and customs clearance.

Be advised that orders shipped to locations outside the United States are subject to taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and all other expenses related to the import of products into that country from the United States. Mynena is not able to add these fees to your order prior to checkout. Because these laws and fees can vary over time and from country to country, Mynena highly encourages customers to call the applicable Customs offices before placing an order. Mynena will not reimburse the Customer for any amount of the price of items purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient’s refusal. If a package is returned to Mynena we will only refund the product price; shipping charges are non-refundable. We will declare all orders as merchandise with the exact description of the contents and correct value. We cannot declare your order as a gift or with a lower value since this is against existing laws.

Also, be advised that your banking institution may charge additional conversion fees or other application fees for international purchases. The final amount charged your account may vary from your “check out” total. Please contact your financial institution for questions related to discrepancies on charges related to conversion fees.
