Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Canovanas, Puerto Rico.

Flat rate on PR & US orders under $35 USD is $4.99 USD and orders of $35 USD and over shipping is FREE. Express service is available (additional charges may apply).

Domestic orders can take 2 - 5 business days to process and may take up to 5 additional business days to get to you, depending on your location.

Standard International Flat Rate on orders under $75 USD is $24.95 USD and orders of $75 USD and over shipping is FREE. For all international orders: the billing and shipping addresses must match. Mynena is unable to ship international orders that have mismatched addresses and any order with mismatched addresses may be canceled.

International orders take 2 - 5 business days to process and may take 4 weeks to get to you, depending on your location and customs clearance.

Because every country has a different regulation, we do not pre-pay or cover any import fees. Please refer to your local customs agency for more information.
