All orders are shipped from Canovanas, Puerto Rico.

Domestic Shipping (Puerto Rico & United States)

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $4.99 applies to orders under $35.
• Free Shipping: Orders of $35 or more receive free shipping.
• Express Service: This service is available for an additional charge.

Domestic orders are processed within 2-5 business days and may take up to 5 additional business days to arrive, depending on your location.

International Shipping

• Standard Flat Rate: A flat rate of $24.95 applies to orders under $75.
• Free Shipping: Orders of $75 or more receive free shipping.

Please Note: For all international orders, the billing and shipping addresses must match. We are unable to ship orders with mismatched addresses, and they may be canceled.

International orders are processed within 2-5 business days and may take up to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location and customs clearance.

Important: We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees, taxes, or duties. As every country has different regulations, please check with your local customs agency for more information.
